The system is easy to use and allows for multiple department heads to have access to job postings, applicants, etc. We now have all our postings listed with one entity that shares the openings across many different platforms which has brought so many more applicants than ever before.

Yes, absolutely, the platform allows resumes to come in from several different advertising platforms and all the resumes are in one location which make it extremely convenient and efficient for the recruiter. It is a very user- friendly system that allows you to review all the new applicants in one listing or you can select to view by job. Also, the video library on the Dashboard is very useful as you navigate through HireRight. I only thought we would use it for a month or two, however, we are in our 7th month and will continue into the future. Pricing is excellent and HireClick was the best choice for us.

What do you think is the most valuable part of your HIRECLICK solution? Ever since we started using HIRECLICK, it’s helped us so much! We use it in all of our locations throughout the Midwest and keep track of people and where they came from and the majority comes from HIRECLICK.

What do you think is the most valuable part of your HIRECLICK solution? I find the applicant tracking to be very helpful. Pulling up a job and seeing how many people have applied and who has applied is extremely handy. I also love how we can send an automatic email to the applicants through HIRECLICK when we post a new position. The option to add the link to our website helps keep our job description short and sweet. There is really everything we need available when posting a position through HIRECLICK. HIRECLICK is a massive time saver as well. I save time by not having to post the same position on numerous sites.

The most valuable part of HIRECLICK for us has been the ability to reach a large audience with our job openings which has ultimately allowed us to track and hire excellent candidates.
